Application Configuration Form

Upon clicking the "Configure" button, a new form will
open up. The speech engine is not active while this form is open.
This form is the Application Configuration Form. It's
job is to allow the configuration of all of the user's applications to be opened
if they are closed, and activated if they are not the top-most windows. Any
program or file can be activated and controlled with ZAP! Voice Control.
